Structural Features

Features a conical countersunk head that sits perfectly flush with the workpiece surface. It typically has a 90° tapered head (or 82° for imperial) and a drive recess (e.g., Phillips, Torx) for easy installation. The shank can be partially or fully threaded. Common variants include stainless steel and flat head flange designs.

Performance Advantages

Provides a smooth, flush finish that eliminates protrusions and snagging hazards. The conical shape ensures good load distribution and stability. Compatible with wood, metal, and plastic, and available in various drive types to prevent slipping. Cost-effective, corrosion-resistant, and ideal for mass production.

Application Scenarios

Widely used in furniture and cabinetry for invisible joints, as well as in electronic chassis to save space. Essential for automotive dashboards and aerospace interiors to maintain aerodynamics. Also perfect for DIY projects requiring a clean, professional look.

FAQ

Q1: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for standard threaded rods?
Our MOQ starts from 500 pcs per size. For mixed specifications (e.g., multiple diameters or lengths in one order), we accept combined orders with a minimum total of 1,000 pcs. Sample orders of 10–50 pcs are available for quality verification before bulk purchase.

Q2: Which standards and grades do your threaded rods conform to?
We manufacture threaded rods to DIN 975, DIN 976, ASTM A193, BS 4190, and ISO 898-1. Available grades include 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, and 10.9 in carbon steel, and A2-70 / A4-80 in stainless steel (304/316). Custom specifications outside standard grades are accepted upon request.

Q3: Can you provide custom lengths and surface treatments?
Yes. We offer cut-to-length service from M6 to M100, with rod lengths up to 6,000mm. Surface treatment options include plain, zinc plated (electro/hot-dip), Dacromet, Geomet, and black oxide. OEM packaging and private labeling are also available.

Q4: How long does it take to receive samples, and what are the shipping options for bulk orders?
Sample delivery takes 10–15 business days. For bulk orders, standard lead time is 15–25 days after order confirmation. We ship via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, or express courier (DHL/FedEx), and can coordinate with your designated freight forwarder.

Q5: What quality documents can you provide with each shipment?
Every shipment includes a Material Test Report (MTR), dimensional inspection report, and packing list. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TÜV is supported. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 certifications, copies of which are available upon request.
