Structural Features

Features a hexagonal body with an integrated wide flange, often equipped with anti-slip serrations underneath. It contains an internal nylon insert (PA6/PA66) at the top. The flange acts as a built-in washer to increase contact area, while the nylon insert elastically deforms to tightly grip the bolt threads.

Performance Advantages

• Dual Anti-Loosening: Combines serrated flange bite and nylon friction for excellent vibration resistance.
• Uniform Pressure: The wide flange spreads the load, preventing damage to the workpiece surface.
• Reusable: The nylon insert retains its elasticity, allowing for multiple uses without losing locking power.
• Corrosion Resistant: Typically made with a stainless steel body for durability in harsh environments.

Application Scenarios

Essential for reliable fastening in high-vibration environments. Widely used in automotive chassis, electrical cabinets, construction machinery, rail transit, and agricultural equipment.

FAQ

Q1: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for standard threaded rods?
Our MOQ starts from 500 pcs per size. For mixed specifications (e.g., multiple diameters or lengths in one order), we accept combined orders with a minimum total of 1,000 pcs. Sample orders of 10–50 pcs are available for quality verification before bulk purchase.

Q2: Which standards and grades do your threaded rods conform to?
We manufacture threaded rods to DIN 975, DIN 976, ASTM A193, BS 4190, and ISO 898-1. Available grades include 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, and 10.9 in carbon steel, and A2-70 / A4-80 in stainless steel (304/316). Custom specifications outside standard grades are accepted upon request.

Q3: Can you provide custom lengths and surface treatments?
Yes. We offer cut-to-length service from M6 to M100, with rod lengths up to 6,000mm. Surface treatment options include plain, zinc plated (electro/hot-dip), Dacromet, Geomet, and black oxide. OEM packaging and private labeling are also available.

Q4: How long does it take to receive samples, and what are the shipping options for bulk orders?
Sample delivery takes 10–15 business days. For bulk orders, standard lead time is 15–25 days after order confirmation. We ship via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, or express courier (DHL/FedEx), and can coordinate with your designated freight forwarder.

Q5: What quality documents can you provide with each shipment?
Every shipment includes a Material Test Report (MTR), dimensional inspection report, and packing list. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TÜV is supported. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 certifications, copies of which are available upon request.
