Fully automated control system drives comprehensive upgrades in capacity, quality, and delivery

The zinc kettle system — core equipment of the new hot-dip galvanizing line — is about to enter the installation and commissioning phase
Recently, the equipment for our company's new hot-dip galvanizing line has arrived at the facility and will soon enter the assembly and commissioning stage. The line is equipped with a fully automated control system and offers significant advantages including high production efficiency, stable operation, eco-friendly performance, and uniform zinc coating. It will further enhance the corrosion resistance and surface quality of our products. Once operational, the line is expected to add 2,000 tons per month to production output, significantly boosting the company's overall processing capacity and market service capabilities.

Fully Automated Control — Four Core Advantages
The new line features a fully automated control system that achieves end-to-end automation from pre-treatment and hot-dip galvanizing through to post-treatment. Compared with conventional processes, the new line delivers significant improvements in production efficiency, operational stability, environmental performance, and coating quality.
|
High Efficiency The fully automated control system enables end-to-end automated operation, reducing manual intervention and boosting production efficiency. |
Stable Operation The system precisely controls all process parameters, ensuring sustained stable operation and minimizing downtime. |
|
Eco-Friendly Equipped with dedicated environmental treatment facilities to effectively control emissions, fully compliant with national environmental standards. |
Uniform Zinc Coating Optimized galvanizing process and temperature control ensure uniform zinc coating distribution, enhancing both corrosion resistance and surface appearance. |

Capacity Boost — Better Service for Customers
Upon commissioning, the company's overall hot-dip galvanizing processing capacity will be substantially increased. The release of an additional 2,000 tons per month in production capacity will effectively shorten product delivery lead times and ensure ample supply. Meanwhile, thanks to the stable operation of the fully automated control system, finished product quality will become even more consistent and reliable.
"The introduction of the new line not only resolves our capacity bottleneck but, more importantly, achieves a leap in quality through automation. We will leverage greater capacity, shorter lead times, and more stable quality to provide superior hot-dip galvanizing services for our domestic and international customers."
Covering Fasteners, Structural Components, Hardware and More
Once the new line is operational, the company will be better positioned to meet the hot-dip galvanizing needs of domestic and international customers across a wide range of products, including:

As a core steel anti-corrosion process, hot-dip galvanizing works by immersing workpieces in molten zinc, forming an alloy layer between the zinc and the steel substrate. It offers long service life, strong coating adhesion, and excellent weather resistance, and is widely used in construction, power, transportation, and machinery manufacturing. The new line's improvements in zinc coating uniformity will further enhance the corrosion resistance and surface consistency of products, meeting the demands of domestic and international customers for high-quality galvanized products.

Next Steps: Installation, Commissioning & Production
At present, all equipment for the new line has arrived at the facility and will soon enter the assembly and commissioning phase. The company will deploy its technical team to work closely with the equipment manufacturer's engineers, strictly following technical specifications through each stage — installation, commissioning, and trial operation — to ensure the line enters formal production as early as possible.
The company will take this capacity upgrade as an opportunity to continuously improve its hot-dip galvanizing capabilities and service standards, delivering greater value to domestic and international customers through increased capacity, more stable quality, and faster delivery.
